Developed in accordance with Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended on June 24, 2025), as well as other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation.

• Discord username (Discord Username).

2.2. Linked Xbox account data

• Xbox Gamertag.

2.3. Technical data

• User's IP address;
• User's country data determined based on the IP address.

2.4. The Operator does not process special categories of personal data provided for in Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

3. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• 3.1. Registration and authentication of users via Discord OAuth.
• 3.2. Verification of a linked Xbox account.
• 3.3. Conducting the verification procedure for members of the gaming community.
• 3.4. Prevention of repeated, erroneous, or fraudulent verification.
• 3.5. Assignment of roles and changing the user's nickname on the Discord server in accordance with community rules.
• 3.6. Maintenance of a verification log.
• 3.7. Ensuring the security of the Site and preventing abuse.
• 3.8. Compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

The Operator processes personal data on the following grounds:

• the User's consent (Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
• performance of an agreement between the User and the Operator (Article 6, Part 1, Clause 5 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ);
• fulfillment of obligations provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Procedure and Conditions for Personal Data Processing

5.1. Personal data processing is carried out using automation tools.

5.2. Personal data may be obtained:

• directly from the User;
• through authorization via Discord;
• through obtaining information about the linked Xbox account via the Discord API.

5.3. The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from:

• unauthorized access;
• modification;
• disclosure;
• destruction;
• blocking;
• other unlawful actions.

5.4. Transfer of personal data to third parties is permitted only:

• with the User's consent;
• in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.5. To ensure the operation of the service, the Operator may use the Discord API and related services necessary to carry out the verification procedure.

6. Storage of Personal Data

6.1. Personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation is stored on servers physically located on the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with Article 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

6.2. Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, or until the User revokes their consent, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.3. Processing of IP address

The User's IP address is used exclusively for:

• determining the User's country;
• ensuring the security of the verification procedure;
• preventing abuse of the service.

After the successful completion of the verification procedure, the User's IP address is deleted. The IP address is not published or disclosed to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.4. The verification database may contain:

• Discord ID;
• Discord Username;
• Xbox Gamertag;
• user's country;
• date and time of verification.

7. User Rights

The User has the right to:

• 7.1. Receive information about the processing of their personal data.
• 7.2. Request clarification, blocking, or deletion of personal data.
• 7.3. Withdraw previously given consent to the processing of personal data.
• 7.4. Demand the termination of personal data processing if such processing is carried out in violation of the law.
• 7.5. Appeal the Operator's actions or inaction to Roskomnadzor or in court.

8. Cookies

10.2. Processing of personal data of users from the European Union is carried out exclusively to the extent necessary for the verification procedure and the functioning of the Site's services.

10.3. The Operator does not carry out systematic monitoring of user behavior in the territory of the European Union, does not use profiling technologies, and does not process personal data on a large scale.

10.4. The Site is used for individual gaming events and community events held on an irregular basis and not of a permanent nature.

10.5. Due to the nature and scope of personal data processing, the Operator believes that the requirements of Article 27 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the appointment of a representative in the territory of the European Union do not apply to the Operator's activities.
